We are using XP home edition. Will the same software run with Vista? Thanks

there are two kinds of remote monitoring software out there.
one is for LAN network, after installing the server to the main computer and agents to client computers, you can monitor remote computers within your network from the central computer.
EAM is a professional tool of this kind:

the other works for single pcs, you install the monitoring software to the remote Computer and monitor it from an online account or via email.

both works fine with xp anda vista. hope it helps.

  • It would help if we knew what OS you have. XP, Vista, Mac OS, etc. as the software differs for each. On a Mac, it is Apple’s Remote Desktop.
You’ll need a Windows person for the Windows versions.
